Shipping & Returns

What is your shipping policy?

We’re only able to ship within the continental USA and Canada. We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico at this time.

We offer free standard shipping on orders 50+ USD. If your order total is below 50 USD, we charge a standard shipping fee of 5.00 USD. For expedited shipping, it costs 8.00 USD.

Standard shipping takes around 4-6 business days. Expedited shipping takes around 2-3 business days. International Shipping takes 2-3 weeks (Single markers only).

We ship via UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL, and Lasership.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 45-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount.

U.S. Customers: You have 4 options when making a return:

1. Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 45 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.
2. Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:
   • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
   • Any item that is returned after 45 days from delivery
3. Exchange: Adaxi will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via: info@adaxiarts.com
4. Store Credit: If you want to make a return and it is past the 45-day delivery date, you will receive a store credit that you can use at adaxiarts.com at checkout.

Items not eligible for a refund:

• Gift cards
• Orders received over 45 days ago (store credit will be issued, instead)

Gift Returns

If you wish to return a product that was gifted to you, please procure the receipt from the purchaser in order to process the return.

ADAXI will cover the cost of shipping of returning.

We will cover the cost of shipping. Once the tracking shows it is in their possession, we will process the refund.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses?

We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or to any address in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico at this time. We’re only able to ship within the continental USA and Canada.
